Kept by Christ Church takes its name from Jesus’ prayer for his people: kept in God’s name, sanctified in truth, and sent into the world.
The name
The name is shaped by John 17:6–18. It is spoken “Kept by Christ Church” and points to Christ’s preserving grace, the truth that forms his people, and the mission on which he sends them.
The work still taking shape
The church is developing doctrine, governance, safeguarding, financial stewardship, ministry philosophy, and external accountability before public ministry expands. Verified milestones and people will be added to this story as they happen.
